India News : The government has reduced the price of the 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder by ₹183.50, providing significant relief to businesses and commercial establishments. The revised price came into effect on July 1.
Following the price cut, the 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder now costs ₹2,930, down from its earlier price of ₹3,113.50.
However, there has been no change in the price of the 14.2-kg domestic LPG cylinder. Household consumers will continue to pay the existing rate for cooking gas.
The reduction is expected to benefit hotels, restaurants, eateries, and other commercial users by lowering their operating costs.
