Patna: A young man identified as Ashu, a resident of Kidwaipuri in the Buddha Colony police station area, has been missing under suspicious circumstances since Sunday. His family later lodged a missing person complaint at Buddha Colony police station.
Based on the complaint, police registered a case and began an investigation. During a search of Ashu’s room, police and family members recovered his mobile phone and a suicide note.
Suicide Note Mentions Personal Relationship
In the note, Ashu referred to his relationship with a girl. He wrote that he was in love with her and asked his brother to inform her about the incident and tell her to marry a good person. He also mentioned that her phone number was saved on his mobile phone.
The note also referred to his father’s drinking habit. Ashu wrote that his father should try to stop drinking alcohol and added that he had tried hard to become a good person but could not succeed.
He further asked his brother to take care of their parents. In the final part of the note, he expressed his love for his mother and signed off as her loving son.
Company Officials Named in Allegations
In the suicide note, Ashu allegedly held certain company officials responsible for his extreme situation and the step he said he intended to take. The note specifically mentioned the names of Pinky Devi, company BM Satyaprakash and State Head Rakesh Kumar.
Ashu’s brother said that he had joined a company in Hajipur only about 15 days earlier. According to the family, he had been under considerable mental stress since joining the job.
Police Begin Detailed Investigation
Police have started a detailed investigation into all aspects of the case based on the suicide note and statements recorded from family members.
The circumstances surrounding Ashu’s disappearance and the allegations mentioned in the note are being examined as part of the ongoing investigation.
