Adani Foundation Distributes 400 Blankets in Pahariya Tola; High Mast Light Inaugurated

India News : The Adani Foundation distributed over 400 blankets among needy villagers in Pahariya Tola village under Harinkol Panchayat of Pirpainti block. The blanket distribution program was inaugurated by local MLA Murari Paswan.

Addressing the gathering, the MLA said that the social initiatives undertaken by the Adani Foundation have been providing significant relief to people in rural areas. On the occasion, he also inaugurated six solar street lights and a 30-foot-high solar high mast light installed by the Adani Foundation in Pahariya Tola by cutting the ribbon. The new lighting facilities are expected to improve nighttime visibility and enhance safety in the village.

It is noteworthy that the construction process of a 2,400 MW power plant by Adani Power has already begun in the region. Alongside industrial development, the company is continuously fulfilling its corporate social responsibility (CSR) by implementing various welfare schemes aimed at the holistic development of the local community.

Officials from Adani Foundation and Adani Power were present at the event. Several local representatives and dignitaries, including Harinkol Panchayat Mukhiya Deepak Singh, Sarpanch Barun Goswami, Twenty-Point Programme Committee Chairman Hareram Sharma, Ward Member Riju Pahariya, and other villagers, also attended the program.
