Registration opens for 9th Pariksha Pe Charcha, last date January 11

India News : Registrations have officially begun for the 9th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular interactive programme “Pariksha Pe Charcha” (PPC) 2026, which aims to help students overcome exam stress and gain guidance on academics, career choices, and life skills. The last date to register for the programme is January 11, 2026.

Pariksha Pe Charcha serves as a unique platform where students, teachers, and parents interact directly with the Prime Minister and discuss issues related to examinations, mental well-being, time management, and future aspirations. The initiative encourages students to face exams with confidence and become true “Exam Warriors.”

The registration process for PPC 2026 started on December 1, 2025, and is being conducted through the MyGov portal. Students from Classes 6 to 12, along with teachers and parents, can participate in an online multiple-choice competition, through which participants are shortlisted for the live interaction with the Prime Minister.

So far, around 18.78 lakh participants have registered for the programme, including over 17 lakh students, reflecting the immense popularity of the initiative across the country. Selection for the live event is entirely merit-based and transparent, with no recommendations or manual applications involved.

All participants who take part in the online competition receive a special certificate issued by NCERT, making the programme academically rewarding as well. Shortlisted students get the rare opportunity to ask questions directly to Prime Minister Modi during the live broadcast. In previous editions, selected winners were also gifted copies of PM Modi’s book “Exam Warriors” along with special kits.

The 8th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (2025) created a global record, with participation from students across 245 countries, teachers from 153 countries, and parents from 149 countries, earning a place in the Guinness World Records.

With registrations pouring in rapidly, it remains to be seen whether PPC 2026 will surpass the previous global milestone.
