Bihar News : Bihar witnessed a historic political moment on Wednesday as Janata Dal (United) chief Nitish Kumar took oath as the Chief Minister for the 10th time. The swearing-in ceremony was held at Patna’s iconic Gandhi Maidan, where Governor Arif Mohammed Khan administered the oath of office and secrecy. Alongside him, Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha were sworn in as Deputy Chief Ministers, marking the re-establishment of an NDA-led government in the state.
The ceremony saw an impressive gathering of political leaders from across the nation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and several Chief Ministers of NDA-ruled states attended the event, reflecting the political significance of the new cabinet formation.
A total of 26 ministers took oath during the ceremony. Among the first to be sworn in were Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Shravan Kumar, Mangal Pandey, Ashok Choudhary, and Dilip Jaiswal. Later, Leshi Singh, Nitin Navin, Ramkripal Yadav, Santosh Suman, Madan Sahni, Sanjay Kumar Paswan, and Sanjay Singh took oath as cabinet ministers, further strengthening the government’s leadership structure.
