While chairing a review meeting at the Giridih Circuit House, she directed the officials to ensure that the benefits of welfare schemes reach the last person in the queue. Kalpana Soren reiterated that the Hemant Soren-led government is committed to safeguarding the rights and welfare of the common people.

During the meeting, the MLA held detailed discussions with district officials and party workers regarding regional development, public grievances, and the on-ground implementation of various government schemes.

Key focus areas of the meeting included rural education, healthcare infrastructure, drinking water availability, and road connectivity. Kalpana Soren expressed concern over the gaps in basic services in remote villages and stressed the need for better administrative coordination to address them efficiently.

She urged officials to actively engage with local communities and conduct regular field visits to understand the ground reality. She said that only by staying in direct touch with the people, can true development be achieved.

Kalpana Soren also stated that effective implementation of schemes depends on transparency, accountability, and a strong sense of duty among government functionaries. “The faith the people have shown must be honored with dedication and results on the ground,” she added.

She further noted that improving rural infrastructure is not just a developmental goal, but a means to ensure dignity and opportunity for every citizen. Her interaction with party workers included feedback on local challenges, particularly related to schools, healthcare centers, road repairs, and the delivery of social welfare services.

Concluding the meeting, Kalpana Soren said that she would continue visiting rural areas personally to monitor progress and address people’s grievances firsthand.

This meeting highlighted a people-first governance approach, aiming to bridge administrative gaps and enhance last-mile delivery of essential services in Giridih and surrounding areas.
